***CANADA SHIPPING UPDATE***
Effective Nov. 29, 2024, the US Postal Service has temporarily suspended international deliveries to Canada due to the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Since we use USPS for our shipments, we cannot fulfill Canadian orders at this time. Hopefully this won’t last too long. Additional info available here.

We currently ship orders via USPS First Class mail. Generally you should expect to receive your item(s) within 5-10 days, but sometimes it might take a little longer if we're backed up. You'll receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order is on its way.

Because sometimes bad things happen to good packages, should your order arrive in damaged condition, e-mail a photo of the damaged item(s) to merch [@] foxtrot [dot] com within 30 days and we'll send you a replacement for your item(s) at no charge.
