Shipping policy

We currently ship orders via USPS First Class mail. Generally, you should expect to receive your item(s) within 5-10 days, but sometimes it might take a little longer if we're backed up. You'll receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order is on its way.

Because sometimes bad things happen to good packages, should your order arrive in damaged condition, e-mail a photo of the damaged item(s) to merch [@] foxtrot [dot] com within 30 days, and we'll send you a replacement for your item(s) at no charge.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE: We are trialing shipping to the EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. We apologize in advance for the steep fees. There's no way around them at this time.
